In your email, describe the items as precisely as possible and specify where the items were forgotten. For example, if the item was forgotten in your apartment, please include the apartment number. Also, remember to note the date the item was forgotten.
We will contact you to confirm if the items are found and to arrange how and if the items should be returned.
Castello Verde Plakias takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and cannot guarantee that items will be found.
Valuables such as money, securities, particularly valuable jewelry, and similar items will be sent to the local police lost and found office. We can store other lost property for up to 30 days, after which it will be sent to the local police lost and found office. If we are only contacted after this period, we will refer you to the police. Other items will be discarded or donated.
